ECLAIRE 3rd General Assembly, 22-24 October 2013, Zagreb

The 3rd ÉCLAIRE General Assembly will take place in a Hotel Dubronik, located in the city centre of Zagreb, Croatia between 22nd and 24th of October, 2013. We would like to thank Sonja Vidic and her team for agreeing to host the GA this year.

Programme Overview

We are planning to start the first session at 9.00 on Tuesday, 22nd and finish the last session around 16.00 on Thursday, 24th. The registration will take place from 8.00 on Tuesday morning.

A seperate session on Bosco Fontana will be held on the MONDAY from 13.00-17.30.

There is also a plan for the Executive Steering Group meeting on Monday, 21st October at 17.30 and a joint Executive Steering Group and Stakeholder Advisory Group meeting on Thursday, between 16-17.30.

On TUESDAY, we would like to organise a poster session for Young Scientists, to encourage collaboration in the project. If you are a Young Scientists and would like to showcase your work, please send us your short abstract by the 4th October via the following link. If you know any Young Scientists/students in the project, please let them know about this opportunity. Once we reviewed the abstracts, we will be in touch about details of the poster session.

Registration

Please follow this link to register to the meeting. The deadline is 17th October, the full fee is 315 EUR and student fee is 250 EUR. This includes tea/coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner and other networking activities, but DOES NOT include accomodation cost, please fill out the hotel booking form below and send it to the hotel.

TFIAM/NEBEI Workshop on the valuation of damage to ecosystem services

A workshop on valuation of damage to ecosystem services is being held on the 24th and 25th, jointly between the Network of Experts on Benefits and Economic Instruments and the Task Force on Integrated Assessment Modelling. Participants are responsible for organising their accommodation.
